Eight months of walking with Fran has made my wire haired Vizsla more confident and contented. I’ve seen him go from being rather shy of other dogs to comfortable with Fran’s pack and happier to mix with other dogs in general. And he comes back dirty and tired. That, in my opinion, is the mark of a good walk.

Harvey can spot Fran a mile off, which clearly indicates how much he loves going for walks with her and the pack. Fran can be depended upon to take excellent care of your dog, give him a proper walk and relied on not to miss a day.

My French bulldog has become addicted to her daycare with Fran each day. My frenchie has had multiple knee operations and suffers from arthritis and Fran has completely tailored my frenchie’s care to suit her physical limitations. Nala always comes back happy, tired and ready for food! Fran has also provided nala a home at short notice when I have had to go abroad with work. I am soon leaving fulham and I will have to find new daycare for nala – she will be distraught!

I have nothing but praise for my fantastic dog walker Fran. She has been walking my bulldog Luna for over 2 years now and I always feel rest assured my dog is in good hands.

Fran has been looking after Wilbur since he was a little under 3 months old, and I couldn’t be happier with how things have turned out. Initially I was a little apprehensive about putting my fur baby into daycare because he was so young, but straight away Fran put my mind at ease. She genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and because of that I go to work safe in the knowledge that Wilbur is in good hands and having fun. He loves his daily adventures with Fran and the pack, and I have to say, spending time with the other dogs has made his socialisation / training so much easier for me! I couldn’t recommend Fran highly enough, and neither could Wilbur.

Fran was very kind and took Anna, our rescue dog on at short notice. Anna is delighted to see Fran and her helpers when they arrive to collect her every day, jumping up from whatever she is doing to greet them (not something she does often!) – and always comes back a very content and happy dog. Fran has been a life saver, and we feel very happy knowing Anna is being looked after so well while we are at work!!

Dougal the Beagle has known Fran from only a few months old. He has boarded for long weekends as well as walked weekdays when I am not able to do this. My work commitments are such that I am known for calling upon Fran’s services at 11th hour and she has never failed to deliver.

Fran was recommended to us by a colleague and has been looking after Humphrey, our Cocker Spaniel, since he was a small pup. Fran is passionate about dogs and provides a loving and stimulating environment for her charges, be it for walks, daycare or boarding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Fran and Rex in the City.

My two year old Cavalier absolutely adores Fran. He is always so happy to see her and comes back from day care tired and content. He also goes to board with her when we are away on holiday and she sends us updates and pictures. He seems to be making himself right at home!

Alfie, our full-sized 2yr old golden doodle loves going to Fran. We depend on her for boarding and he can’t seem to get enough of her. She has a kind yet firm way with dogs and it’s clear she has a special understanding of them as demonstrated with Alfie when he bounds out of our car to meet her and Purdey, her trusty black lab - Alfie’s idol! You can’t go wrong choosing Fran (and Purdey) for walks, daycare or boarding.

Fran is an experienced and very professional dog carer. Not only is my Labrador always delighted to walk and board with her but she was fantastic in looking after and providing training advice for my very rambunctious Doberman puppy. I always feel my dogs are in good hand and can highly recommend her services.
